Frequently Asked Questions

Simple answers about finding trips, meeting guides, and sharing your own routes on Pathlys.

Planning a trip

How do I find routes that match my trip?

Open Routes and use search plus filters for place, difficulty, and trip type. The map on the home page is another easy way to spot journeys in the areas you like.

Does it cost anything to look around?

No. You can browse routes, the map, and much of the site for free.

How do I contact a guide?

Sign in to your account. On a route page or a guide profile, you will see Call or Email when that guide has shared contact details. If you do not see buttons, they may not have added phone or email yet.

Where can I read stories or browse by place?

Use Blog in the menu for articles and tips. The home page also highlights popular places and routes; Routes is the full list with filters.

For guides

Who writes the routes on Pathlys?

Local guides and experienced travelers. We read new routes before they appear on the site so things stay clear and fair for everyone.

Can I add my own route?

Yes. Sign in, then use Add your route (or the submit route flow from your account). Add your stops, highlights, and details so travelers know what to expect.

What happens after I send in a route?

Our team reviews it before it goes live. That keeps quality steady and helps travelers trust what they read.

I am a guide—how do I get started?

Create an account, open Add your route, and publish your first trip. Complete your guide profile so people recognize you. For more on the community, visit About Pathlys.
